​I would like know if my symptoms are related to ADHD so I can trial medication to see if this may help, what should I do?

From December 1st, 2025, GP's are now able to diagnose and prescribe ADHD medication. Your GP may not want to prescribe medication without an assessment from a psychologist. If this is the case, you can contact me and I organise an appointment to start the assessment process. Please see my Assessments page to understand the assessment process.
